ServerProgress.com was launched in February 2007 by Wave Point Media Inc., a new kind of server management and server administration services company. ServerProgress was started in order to assist small-business owners, hosting companies and hobbyists with system administration and security services. Many larger hosting providers offer completely unmanaged services, offereing no support at all, giving us a opportunity to share our expert knowledge system administration services.
